Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Refunds & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Late Arrivals: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session with no price adjustment. No-Shows: Failure to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of payment. Health & Safety: Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to your session to ensure a safe and effective experience. Stretch Sessions: All in-house assisted stretch sessions are booked in 30-minute time blocks and are limited to one client per slot. Event & Pop-Up Bookings: For off-site events, all sales are final unless Recovery1 cancels the event. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
