It's a versatile tool that supports faster recovery and overall wellness.

Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at booking to secure your time slot. Refunds & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 24+ hours before your session will receive a full refund. Late Arrivals: Late arrivals may result in reduced service time as sessions will end as scheduled. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will forfeit payment. Health & Safety: Disclose any medical conditions or injuries before your session. NormaTec Group Sessions: Each time slot accommodates up to 3 clients. Each person must book and pay separately. Stretching Sessions Limited to one client per 15-minute slot. Event & Pop-Up Bookings: All sales are final unless Recovery1 cancels the event. By booking, you agree to these terms.
