Chosen 1 Training Grand Opening Bootcamp

Please join us for our first bootcamp held in our new facility! We will have a ribbon cutting ceremony, immediately followed by the workout. 

This is a beginner friendly HIIT workout that will be targeting core, strength, cardio, agility, balance and total body fat loss. Bring yourself and a plus 1!

Parking is limited, so if you plan on coming with a friend, we encourage you to carpool. If the parking lot is full, please park along the side of the street, far enough to where cars are able to pass without getting hit. 

Following the workout, we'll host a social hour where you'll get a chance to hang out, meet the coaches, and interact with our Chosen 1 family!
